Der kreative Raum in uns

Entfaltung von Potential berührt den Kern unserer menschlichen Existenz – was heisst, dass wir uns selbst neu erschaffen, uns Fähigkeiten und Sichtweisen erwerben können, die uns vielleicht vorher fremd waren.

Als wanderndes Wesen, aufbrechend, mir die Welt auf- und erschliessend, brauche ich Offenheit und die Bereitschaft zur Veränderung. Diese zu erhalten ist eine Einladung des lebendigen Lebens, welche uns allen auf unserem Lebensweg begegnet. Dies kann ein Entschluss sein für einen neuen Schritt, eine Entscheidung oder eine veränderte Sichtweise. Sich selbst sowie sein Denken und Handeln in Frage zu stellen erlaubt uns, Gestalter unserer Veränderungen zu werden.

Kennen Sie das Gefühl von Enge, Irritation oder Blockade ? Nicht mehr zu funktionieren zieht uns den Boden unter den Füssen weg… und es tauchen Überzeugungen auf wie: «ich kann das nicht» oder «ich bin unfähig» . Gibt es Dinge, die Sie schon immer tun wollten, sich aber nie richtig getraut haben?

Indem wir auch den Raum i n uns berücksichtigen, wahrnehmen und erforschen, können wir mit der kreativen Spannung, die entsteht und unserer realitätserschaffenden Kraft grundlegenden Wandel erzeugen. Dieser schöpferische Prozess mit neuen Möglichkeiten eröffnet Alternativen im Denken, Fühlen und in der Umsetzung.

Wenn wir uns wirklich entdecken, erkennen wir unsere Individualität. Sie enthält den Keim für eine Gesellschaftsform, wo sich Menschsein entfalten darf.

Eine ganzheitliche Gestaltung unseres Lebens schenkt uns Lebensfreude, Begeisterung und immer wieder Zuversicht.
