Der Weg deines Herzens

Den Raum deines Herzens zu finden und in Liebe dein ganzes Wesen und Sein so anzunehmen, wie du bist – darin begleite ich Dich. Mit Q! – einer der kraftvollsten Methoden einschränkende Überzeugungen zu erkennen und die eigene Kraft zu leben.

Ich heiße Annette Probstfeld, wurde 1970 in Deutschland geboren und lebe seit meinem 25. Lebensjahr in Südtirol/Italien. Beruflich arbeite ich als Pharmazeutisch-technische Assistentin in einer Apotheke, bin Mutter zweier Töchter und lebe mit meiner Familie auf einem Bauernhof.

Ausbildung zum Q! Coach im Jahre 2017.

Wie viele Menschen war auch ich stetig auf der Suche nach Liebe und Anerkennung im Außen. Auch ich habe mir viele Muster und Taktiken angewöhnt, mich als Opfer der Umstände zu sehen und nach Heilung im Außen gesucht. Doch jetzt bin ich an einen Punkt in meinem Leben angekommen, wo mir bewusst wird, dass alles in mir ist. Ich allein trage die Verantwortung für mich und mein Leben: für mein Handeln, für mein Denken und auch für meine Gefühle.

Indem ich meine Gefühle bewusst in Liebe annehme, bin ich auch liebevoll im Umgang mit mir selbst, dadurch steigt die Wertschätzung mir selbst gegenüber und das wiederum spiegelt sich darin, dass ich nun auch mehr Wertschätzung im Außen erhalte.

Es gibt viele verschiedene Methoden sein Selbstwertgefühl aufzubauen und alle habe ihre Berechtigung, aber in Q! habe ich eine Methode gefunden, Herz und Verstand miteinander zu verbinden. Durch die Arbeit auf Zellebene ermöglicht es mir schnell neue Perspektiven einzunehmen, meine Selbstheilungskräfte zu aktivieren ohne etwas wegmachen zu wollen. Diese Veränderungen zeigen sich auf privater, beruflicher, sowie auf gesundheitlicher Ebene.
